
Chocolate and pumpkin pot de crème
Here’s a very simple and quick recipe that doesn’t require any cooking. It will certainly delight everyone!
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of Pumpkin puree
3/4 cup of Cocoa powder
2/3 cup of Maple syrup
1/4 cup of Agave syrup
1 tsp of pure Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of Salt
STEPS:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender;
2. Pour the preparation in little pots;
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving;
4. When ready to serve, garnish with chocolate flakes, chocolate chips, mint leaves or pumpkin seeds.
