Watermelon Ice Cubes

Jazz up your favorite summer drink with these watermelon ice cubes in just a few easy steps! We just had to share this amazing, fresh and tasty recipe with you, since it is important to stay hydrated, especially throughout the Summer! These fun ice cubes add a hint of sweetness to your drink. The best part is that you get to eat the ice cubes when you’re done sipping! Add fresh lime juice or agave syrup to spice it up! Ice cubes would go great in a lemonade, lemon-lime soda or even just regular or sparkling water.

Ingredients
  • 1 3-pound chilled watermelon
  • Chopped mint leaves
Instructions
Make sure to take out the black seeds, or purchase a seedless watermelon. Chop the watermelon into cubes and pour into a blender while adding a handful of chopped mint leaves for an extra kick! Once ingredients are fully blended, pour the mix into an ice cube tray and insert into the freezer!
