Fruit & Plant-Infused Detox Water
You already drink water – why not spice things up? This recipe is easy to put together if you’re on the go, or just relaxing at home.
Strawberries help fight carcinogens, while cinnamon improves circulation and regulates sugar cravings. Both lemon and mint stimulate digestion and prevent stomach cramps. The vitamin C found in apples helps clear up your skin to leave it glowing and healthy.
- 1 to 2 liters of still or sparkling water
- 5 strawberries sliced
- 1 lemon
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 handful of ice cubes
Infuse ingredients in a large jug and then pour in mason jars if you’re on the go.
